Conditions of hire
1. Please
send a non-returnable deposit of £75.00 per week payable to J.B.Patrick
with the booking form
2. Hire charge is payable 6 weeks in advance
and then the key is sent
3. Hire commences at 4.00 pm and terminates at 10.00
am on the last day
4. All cottages are non-smoking
5. Pets by arrangement
at booking - no cats please
6. Houses to be vacated in a clean and tidy condition
and breakages to be paid for
7. House numbers must not be exceeded without
prior written permission
8. In the event of the property not being available
for any reason, the owners liability is limited to the return of all monies paid
9. At booking we send a cancellation insurance form and strongly advise it
- send directly to broker please - UK Residents Only.

We suggest a phone call to reserve your holiday before sending booking form and
deposit of £75.00 per week.
